C-Groove Putters...Changing Putting As We Know It!
Whether struck dead center, a millimeter or even a quarter inch off center,
the C-Groove putter rolls the ball sooner, for more consistent length and more
consistent direction. That translates to more putts made, no matter the circumstance,
no matter the pressure.

Pros:
Fells great
rolls great
looks great
all great
Cons:
not many
dings easily, but all putters do when u don't have a headcover
Rating:
Feel: My Yes! Tracy II is one of the best feeling putters i have ever hit, and I've hit them all. The perfect balance of a soft putter, that you can truly feel the contact up in the hands. Comparable to some insert putter which claim to be soft (odesey for example), this putter has much better fell at impact.
Roll: top notch, C-grove technology really gets the ball rolling well if properly fitted.
Overall: Try it for yourself, and I promise you'll like it ALOT!
Great roll, imparts top spin, great distance control
Cons:
none
Rating:
The yes C groove putters are awesome. They put such a great roll on the ball. 2 3 putts in my last 2 rounds. 28 putts on my last round. I don't leave many putts short anymore. Great great great
Great alignment. Great roll. Great customer service.
Cons:
The grip is a bit bright...
Rating:
Excellent putter for people who enjoy a long sight line and a center shaft/zero offset setup position. I like the feel of the c-grooves for the softer feel and seemingly instant roll. The customer service at Yes! is great to work with and they seem to be more customer oriented as opposed to profit oriented. I have the long putter version and the regular and they're both great.
I have 3 Yes putters (2 Sandy's and a Nicky) and I've stopped looking at putters. The Red Sandy is my gamer. It's a face balanced half mallet style and seems to fit my stroke well. The Nicky is more of a traditional heel shafted toe down (weighted) putter and I can putt well with it also.
The C groove technology seems to put a nice roll on the ball and distance control is very good. I putt on Sea Dwarf Paspalum greens which are a lot less grainy than Bermuda greens. I had a couple of Rifes which were nice, but in the end the YES putters work best for me.
Putting is all about confidence and these YES putters give me plenty of confidence. Great putters IMO.
Easy to aim and perfect balance. Quite heavy as is...
Cons:
The standard grip slippery
Rating:
Easy to aim and perfect balance. Quite heavy. Amazing roll compared to other putters. Exchanged the standard grip to a GripMaster leather grip instead and loves the putter. I have less putts than ever with this amazing putter. Highly recommended...
Demanding Design - must hit on centre of the grooves

Pros: Variety of styles, solid, heavier feel, Face-Balanced works better with the philosphy
Cons: Stock grip is awful. Putter requires precise, consistent stroke for max. benefit
Rating:
First off, I've had stroke analysis and understand my impact point and stroke pattern and what works for me based on biomechanics. C-Groove is a very specific design intended for very consistent impact despite what I've read posted so far. These can be very very good putters for you or "not so good".
I have a couple as with most brands. I generally will buy a face-balanced and an Anser-style putter of each brand I have. I collect putters that are all basically of the two types. I use face-balanced when I am mechanical and working on something, traveling or rusty from a layoff. I use a toe-weighted putter when I am starting to roll really precisely as I can adjust to speed better due to a less manufactured MOI.
I custom spec. ordered a Tracy without a sightline but first got an EMMA which is as face-balanced and mechanical as you can get. I prefer the face-balanced of the two as it is as good of a face-balanced putter as I have used. I am using it with a PING blackout grip as that or any rigid (such as Ionic) is preferable for me. I don't like thier standard WYNN-style grip and it is particularly hideous in wet or high humidity.
I prefer my TM KiaMa Daytona-1 for a toe-weight putter as it is very versatile with the agsi face vs. the C-groove which is decidedly not so. You can vary impact point much more on the TM.
Final-final: Mixed
If you like face-balanced I give the EMMA ***** very reliable
If you like toe-weighted, I give it ** as that design intrinsically lends itself to varied impact points on the face - and that does NOT work with C-groove. The ball will hop which C-Groove is supposed to eliminate. Under those circumstances it is very mechanical for a "feel putter".
The options for a face balanced anser style are limited to only a few brand. I bought a YES Tracy putter after trying my wife's women's version of the same model. I am impressed at how soft the putter feels on impact, and how true the roll is off the c-grooves. Also, the design of the putter helps with alignment, as the leading edge of the blade is a satin steel color and the back is black. I find myself pushing and pulling fewer putts as a result. The only downside is that the putter head seems a bit heavy to me, which make distance control somewhat challenging, especially on slow greens. Some more time using the putter will likely help with that. Overall, a really nice putter!
