I've had two of these clubs in my bag for the last two years, the 3 and 4 hybrids. They're super easy to get airborne from almost any lie. Off the tee, they're very accurate. There are more forgiving hybrids out there, but I think Nickent makes the best overall one. One note though, the stock shaft in these play a bit stiff to flex. If you find them with the SR3, you don't have to worry about that.
Nice clean looks at address. Solid feel. Dirt cheap.
Cons:
No adjustable weights. No many besides that.

I picked up a head only as a gift from a friend and it was the first hybrid I had ever owned. The first thing that struck me about this club was how well it sits at address. The design of the sole really inspires confidence to be able to pick the ball clean from any type of lie. Very easy club to get comfortable with and it has a nice crisp "click" sound at impact- feels very solid. If you're looking for a bargain hybrid these are top notch and the older 3dx model are just as nice and pretty much any on the market. You could grab a complete club for <50 these days.
Not the most forgiving. Some may not like the feel and sound coming off the head.
Rating:
I wouldn't recommend this club to a higher handicapper, since there are many out there that are easier to hit.
But for a better, stronger player, the feel and results are good. Lower ball flight, and more maneuverability than other hybrids. Sound and click when struck is more traditional as well.
All in all, for a better player who likes more traditional look and performance, this club is a good option. PLUS, you can get them for a song these days!
Picked up a 3dx DC with the upgraded V2 shaft in stiff. After trying other hybrids that were bulky and just ballooned the ball, this club was the opposite. Very sleek look to it that is confidence inspiring. The shaft defintely plays to a stiff. The ball flight is just piercing with no balloon shots, great into the wind.
Ive had people comment to me on the range wondering what club gives a piercing flight like this one. Solid at 200 yards for me and accurate with teh V2 shaft. I recommend compeltely.
This has one of my favourite hybrids ever. I currently own and game a 4 hybrid as a 4 iron replacement. It's so easy to hit. It's almost effortless to get the ball soaring through the air with this club. It's extremely forgiving, and also very workable. This is one of the few hybrids I've tried that I can actually shape my shots with. I love the length of this club too. It's not too long or too short.
The only issue I have with this club (minor one, and it's mostly my fault), is the paint on the top chips really easily. However, I am one of those weirdos who don't use headcovers and I'm probably inflicting more damage than anyone else would do to their hybrids. Nonetheless, it's just cosmetic damage, and I don't care much about that as I won't be reselling this club.
