Easy to hit and straight
Pros:Good distance on good hits, not much distance loss on bad ones. Goes straight.
Cons:Not workable, as it just wants to go straight.

After not winning the free hybrid contest from Adams, I went to the local shop and hit every hybrid they had. The Cleveland ones were near the end. I had a Hibore XL driver that I was none too fond of...
Long and the short, the launcher hybrid is great for me. So straight and appropriately long. This was an easy switch from my TM rescue duals. The few times that I have had the launchers out, they have performed great. I don't find the graphic on the top distracting and I really like the thin line of the face at address.
The fit-on gold shaft works for my swing. Even the headcovers are cool. I am not sure if these could be considered "hook machines" like some hybrids, but I have not observed this at all. Granted my miss is to the right...

I went through a slump with my 5 iron and in a moment of desperation I came across a 5hi Cleveland Launcher for $75. I took a chance and wow was this club easy to hit. Every shot is high and straight. I even used this club for chipping around the green.
My g10 5 iron is back in the bag now that our spat is over but if it talks back again I will bring back the good old cleveland.

20 handicapper had struggled with long irons. Went to Haggin Oaks and hit (almost) every 3 hybrid in the place. Toward the end was handed the launcher with fit on gold stiff. Very easy to hit well, and most impressively mishits were still straight without too much distance loss. It's become a real go to club for me, and has changed the way I look at Cleveland (not just for wedges anymore). Highly recommended.
